Yes. Drillhouse is 100% offline. There is no account and no server — every canvas, drill and kit lives only on your device. Nothing is uploaded or shared.
You can track up to 2 active canvases and 20 drill colours for free, forever. Drillhouse Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that removes those limits and unlocks photo drill-scanning and leftover-to-backlog matching.
Take or choose a photo of a kit's printed colour legend. Drillhouse uses Apple's on-device text recognition to read the DMC codes and lets you add them in a tap. The photo never leaves your device. Best results come from a flat, well-lit photo of the legend.
For a kit in your backlog, Drillhouse can match the colours it needs against the drills you already own, so you can tell which projects your leftover stash can start.
Open Settings and tap Restore purchase. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID that bought Drillhouse Pro, it will unlock again at no charge.
Because Drillhouse keeps everything on-device with no cloud, deleting the app deletes its data, and we cannot recover it. Treat your device backup (iCloud or Finder) as your safety net. A built-in export is on the roadmap.
Yes — each canvas records its drill shape and full/partial coverage, and drills can be logged by DMC code or a named colour.
